‘The newest Islander to arrive on Love Island is…’

No, not really! But I nearly had you right?

This blog post actually has nothing to do with Love Island apart from the fact that during a recent shoot, with Danni W from RMG Models, we created some shots that, the whole team joked, looked like Love Island promo images. Everywhere I go at the moment, I am seeing adverts and hearing people talking about Love Island, the ITV show that is in full swing here in the UK right now. Maybe all of this advertising got into my head haha.

Danni came to see me and Gaby Hunt MUA, for a portfolio update a couple of weeks ago. We got some great shots and a real mix of images to give her portfolio the fresh update that Danni and her agency were after. All of the shots are great, but these simple, bold, pink background shots are my favourites from the shoot so I thought I would share the set with you.

These images aren’t my favourite for any technical or photographic reasons (it’s a single, hard light source and a simple backdrop from Creativity Backgrounds), they are my favourite because they were the most fun to shoot and Danni was really able to really show off her personality in the shots.
